I need to know who makes the best mp3 player as my old shuffle has finally bit the dust.  Of course, everyone goes with Apple but  I still need to do my research. 

I could get by without knowing best mp3 players but why would I want to. I can answer this question for you right now: the answer is “No” and you need to have a long term vision to understand this. The review in Consumer Reports suggested this above all the others.

This could function as a computer. Most electronics go in the closet after initial use. This one does not. I wanted to know about who makes the best mp3 player and decided not to stop until I had learned everything. This is consistently rated as one of the best gifts that you can give your loved ones…or yourself.

It seems like everyone in my neighborhood has one! I saw an ad on TV featuring best mp3 players and this piqued my interests.
